    • Description: The film is a comedy about a CEO trying to shut down a partying branch that is run by her brother and the branch tries to convince her to let the branch open during their crazy office Christmas party that goes way out of hand.

    • Starring: Emma stone and Ryan Gosling
    • Description: “Lala Land” is a comedy/musical involving two people who become attracted to each other by their determination to do what they love. An actress and a musician are struggling to support themselves in one of the most known cities that dreams can happen, but can be crushed at an instant.

  • “Jackie” R
    • Starring: Natalie Portman, Casper Phillipson, and Peter Sarsgaard
    • Description: “Jackie” is a drama/biography film that shows the grief that Jackie Kennedy, The First Lady of 1963, was fighting through after the assassination of her husband, President John F. Kennedy. Jackie realizes that after her husbands’ death, it is up to her to comfort her two children during this tragic event, and how the next week will determine what kind of legacy her husband will have on the world.

  • “Rouge one: A Star Wars Story” PG-13
    • Starring: Felicity Jones, Forest Whitaker, and Ben Mendelson
    • Description: The spin off is an action/adventure/sci-fi film made from the “Star Wars” series, but with a different storyline compared to the other George Lucas films. A rouge band of the resistance following the Galactic Empire, unite to steal the plans from the Death Star.

  • “Collateral Beauty” PG-13
    • Starring: Will Smith, Keira Knightley, and Helen Mirren
    • Description: “Collateral Beauty” is a drama film that focuses on the greatness of life. A successful advertising executive writes letters to love, time, and death after a tragic event to figure out the answers to all of his problems and questions and realizes how the deepest loss can reveal moments of meaning and beauty.

    • Starring: James Franco, Zoey Deutch, and Bryan Cranston
    • Description: “Why Him” is a comedy that involves the traditional loving and overprotective dad who visits his daughter, but walks in to find that she has a boyfriend and its the boyfriend he pictured in his nightmare. However the  boyfriend played by James Franco is a well meaning, but socially awkward person who says the wrong things which makes him look very bad.
    • Rating: 7/10
