Massive Hive Discovered on Roof

Massive Hive Discovered on Roof

Jack Sutherland, Satirist

On the morning of September 12th, 2017, TMHS teacher Mr. Gouthro and Mr. Desjardins noticed a deep buzz emanating from outside. To their shock, a colony of bees decided to build a five story mansion, including running water, electricity, and plumbing right outside their classrooms. The insects have been throwing cocktail parties and late night shindigs since their arrival, and they seem to show no sign of slowing down. In fact, the colony has built an addition, which adds a hot tub and a sauna for relaxation after a long day of work.

We asked Mr. Desjardins if the new neighbors have been interrupting his teachings.

“Yeah it’s an issue. The bees have been throwing some college level parties, sometimes starting as early as second block.”

A custodian was asked if there was any plan to remove the insects from school property.

“It’s gonna be a pretty tough removal,” he continued, “They’ve cemented their hive to the underside of an air duct and the whole school might have to come down with it.”

The multi-million dollar listing hive continues to grow, threatening classrooms on the other side of the building with its low droning buzz and an overwhelming amount of Post Malone songs during their Project-X scale parties.

The beehive, which according to a TMHS math teacher may have the population size comparable to Spain, is here to stay for a while.
