On March 1, the new song “Sucker” by the Jonas Brothers hit the charts. The Jonas Brothers are a well known boy band who has recently reconciled and released a new hit. The new song did not take long until it was all over the radio and on the top charts. “Sucker” is currently number one on Spotify’s “Today’s Top Hits” and also number one on iTunes charts. The songs official youtube video already has over 55 million views.

The Jonas Brothers consist of Kevin, Joe, and Nick Jonas. The Jonas Brothers were at their peak from 2007 to 2013 where they produced several songs from “Burning Up”, “Year 3000”, and “SOS”. The Jonas Brothers starred in the movie ​Camp Rock​ with Demi Lovato, in which was a Disney musical. On October 29, 2013 the Jonas Brothers officially split and went their own ways.

After the Jonas Brothers split, each boy went their own way. Kevin Jonas married Danielle Deleasa and two kids. Joe Jonas joined a new band, DNCE, and released a song “Cake by the Ocean” in 2015 which hit the top charts. Joe also got married to Sophie Turner in the time that the band was broken. Nick Jonas went solo and released two hit songs, “Jealous” and “Chains” in 2014. Nick just recently married Priyanka Chopra in December of 2018.

When the Jonas Brothers released the hit “Sucker”, their music video included all of their significant others. The music video features each brother with their wives dressed in unique dresses. There is a well known scene in the video the in which the trio of couples were seen sitting at table having a cup of tea. There were various other unique scenes featuring the couples in different aspect of their lives representing their cultures.

The real question being posed with the new Jonas Brothers’ song is, is this a one time hit or is this the start of another album? “Sucker” already has millions of hits and fans are begging for more. Will the brothers reunite for more than one new song and go on tour? Amazon Prime has announced a documentary on the Jonas Brothers in which will give the inside scoop on the journey of the bands reconciliation.
